Traditional Pancakes have been a staple food for centuries in the United States but they were first introduced to us by English and Dutch settlers who discovered they could cook a flour-based batter on a hot griddle. Ingredients were simple and the end result was a light and fluffy pancake that worked perfectly with any meal of the day. At Julian's Recipe, we use that same philosophy. Our gluten free pancakes are made using the finest all natural ingredients in the traditional style. My parents came from Europe and brought with them recipes you can't always find in cookbooks. Things had to be natural and fresh with a little twist that made them special.
